Small tests, honest results

We run little experiments on hooks, thumbnails, captions and timing, on real client posts, then publish what happened. Including the ones where we were wrong.

What we learned

Method

How a test gets run

  1. Step 01

    Write the hunch

One sentence, written down before we start, so nobody can pretend they knew all along.

  2. Step 02

    Change one thing

Same video, same day, same budget. Only the hook, the thumbnail or the caption moves.

  3. Step 03

    Wait a full week

No peeking on day one. Early numbers lie, and they lie with great confidence.

  4. Step 04

    Publish the result

Wins, losses and the awkward middle. If it busts our favourite theory, it goes up anyway.
